Shipping prices

- Free shipping on purchases over DKK 299 to one of Postnord parcel shops

- Orders under 299 kr. cost 25 kr.

- Delivery to your door with Postnord costs 39 DKK.

- It is of course free to pick up your package at our store.

Delivery time

- The goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order date.

Delivery terms

- You will receive an email when your item is shipped. This email will also contain a tracking number so you can follow your package.

- If you refuse to accept the package or do not pick it up at the parcel shop, a handling fee of DKK 39 will be charged.

Return

- You have 14 days to cancel after delivery.

- If you wish to return an item, you can purchase a return label for 55 DKK by simply filling out this return form: https://retur.pakkelabels.dk/Heidisbutik

- If you wish to return the item yourself, please use Postnord or GLS, and not alternative parcel distributors, as it must be possible to track the package if it gets lost during return shipping.

- You should send the item securely packaged - together with a copy of the invoice and please write clearly that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal and that you therefore wish to be refunded the price of the item. We do not refund the shipping costs if you have chosen to have the item shipped directly to the address.

Right of complaint

The right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sales Act for 24 months, covering manufacturing and material defects that are discovered during the normal use of the product. Damage to the product due to operating errors, handling errors, modifications, gross misuse by the buyer and normal wear and tear are not covered by the right of complaint.

Complaints about defects and deficiencies that should be discovered during normal examination of the product must be reported to Heidisbutik within a reasonable time, but no later than 2 months after the defect is discovered. The product can subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or you can, by agreement, receive a discount on the price or a full refund of the price of the product, depending on the extent of the defect.
